NIKE's Multi-Purpose Gift-Wrap
To support a Nike campaign centered on the Dance & Lifestyle collections, LIGANOVA was tasked with conceptualizing and designing a unique reward: a member-only gift-wrap awarded upon the purchase of Nike items. The primary objective of this activation was to create a gift-wrap that aligns with Nike’s sustainability efforts, utilizing sustainable materials and offering a multi-purpose use.
The pattern on the recycled fabric was generated using AI, inspired by dance movements and featuring a visual style reminiscent of chronophotography. This design draws from street style culture, hip hop, and contemporary dance, creating a dynamic and modern aesthetic. Displayed on mannequins in Nike stores, the scarf not only served as a functional gift-wrap but also inspired customers to re-style it in creative and unique ways.
LIGANOVA handled every aspect of the project, from concept and design to animation and production.
Innovative and sustainable AI Design
Our mission was to blend elements from the Dance & Lifestyle campaign with sustainability and reuse. We used a fabric material made of 100% polyester derived from recycled plastic bottles, crafting an item that serves as both a gift-wrap and a present. The result was a versatile scarf that can be worn in countless styles or used to wrap other gifts, embodying Nike's commitment to innovation and environmental responsibility.
